Auf diesen Pr\u00fcfst\u00e4nden testen wir unsere Elektromotoren und simulieren ihren Betrieb unter realen Bedingungen.<\/p><p>Durch eine Reihe von Tests, die durchgef\u00fchrt werden k\u00f6nnen, indem die Motoren mit einem 100-kVA-Wechselrichter \/ Frequenz: 20\u00f7150 Hz oder \u00fcber das 50-Hz-Netz mittels zweier Autotransformatoren mit Spannungsumrichter versorgt werden.\nEs werden sogenannte \u201eTyppr\u00fcfungen\u201c gem\u00e4\u00df den Referenznormen durchgef\u00fchrt, um die CE-\/cURus-\/UKCA-\/ATEX-Kennzeichnungen auf unseren Produkten anbringen zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Um die technische Dokumentation des Motors zu erstellen, f\u00fchrt unser Bediener eine Reihe von Typpr\u00fcfungen durch:<\/p><ul><li class=\"p1\">Thermisch<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Bei variabler Last<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Bei variabler Spannung<\/li><li class=\"p1\">\u00dcberlast<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Ohne Last<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Isolierung<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Bei blockiertem Rotor<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Drehmoment\/Umdrehung (mechanische Motorkennlinie)<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Energieeffizienzpr\u00fcfungen<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Auf Kundenwunsch k\u00f6nnen auch Strukturvibrations- und Strukturger\u00e4uschpr\u00fcfungen durchgef\u00fchrt werden, an deren Ende ein Dokument erstellt wird, das die Gesamtleistung des Motors zusammenfasst.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Das Besondere an Motori Bonora ist die F\u00e4higkeit, ma\u00dfgeschneiderte Produkte zu entwickeln und herzustellen, wobei stets von den spezifischen Anforderungen des Kunden ausgegangen wird.
