On these benches we test our electric motors and simulate their operation in the real field.<\/p><p>Through a series of tests that can be carried out by powering the motors with a 100KVA inverter \/ Frequency: 20\u00f7150Hz or from the 50 Hz network by means of two autotransformers complete with voltage inverter. So-called \u2018type tests\u2019 are carried out in accordance with the reference standards in order to be able to apply the CE \/ cURus \/ UKCA \/ ATEX marks to our products.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">In order to produce the technical file of the motor, our operator performs a series of type tests:<\/p><ul><li class=\"p1\">Thermal<\/li><li class=\"p1\">At variable load<\/li><li class=\"p1\">At variable voltage<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Overload<\/li><li class=\"p1\">At no load<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Of insulation<\/li><li class=\"p1\">At locked rotor<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Torque\/Revolution (Mechanical Motor characteristic)<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Energy Efficiency Tests<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"p1\">At customer's request, structural vibration and structural noise tests can also be carried out, at the end of which a document is drawn up summarising the motor's overall performance.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Motori Bonora's distinguishing feature is its ability to design and manufacture tailor-made products, always starting from the customer's specific requirements.
