A significant new milestone for Motori Bonora: our solar power system, activated in 2010, has reached 3,000,000 kWh of energy generated.
This result clearly demonstrates the path our company has taken towards increasingly efficient and environmentally conscious production.
Three million kWh of solar energy represents, as a rough guide, 1,611 tonnes of CO₂ equivalent potentially avoided compared to conventional electricity generation.
But for us, this milestone is not the end of the journey.
In fact, we have recently completed the installation of a second 130 kWp photovoltaic system, further increasing our capacity to generate energy from renewable sources.
